You can add an unlimited number of entities in Vizii. However, to sign up with Vizii, you need to choose one Xero entity to connect to. Check this article to see how to connect your first entity during sign-up.
To add additional Xero entities, go to the sign-in page https://dashboard.vizii.com, and log in with the Xero credentials you used to sign up with your first entity.
Now that you are logged in to Vizii, click on the hamburger menu icon (top right) --> entities --> add the "new entity" button.
Choose the entity you would like to connect to from the drop-down menu.
Click on "Allow access", That is it, now let Vizii do its magic! your data will take a few minutes to sync, however, the fetching process could take more time depending on how much data is available in Xero. Note: Vizii fetches 5 years worth of data.
Once completed, the entity will be added to the top drop-down entity selection list on your top right. You can now switch between different entities anytime.
