Vizii

You can add an unlimited number of entities in Vizii. However, to sign up with Vizii, you need to choose one Xero entity to connect to. ​ 1. To add your first Xero entity, simply sign up from the signup page ( <a href="https://dashboard.vizii.com/#/sign-up" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://dashboard.vizii.com/#/sign-up</a> ) ​ ​

Click on the "Sign up with Xero" button ​

Enter your Xero login credentials, If you're not already logged into Xero you'll be taken to the login page of Xero - log in with your Xero account details as you normally do. NOTE if you are already logged into Xero under a different account than the one you want to connect to Vizii then you should first log off from Xero before attempting to connect. ​ ​

You will see the Xero connection screen with a list of entities available to connect to. If you are already connected to one of the entities it will be greyed out and unavailable for selection. Select the entity you wish to connect with and click on the Continue button.

Click on "Allow access", That it, now let Vizii do its magic! your data will take a few minutes to sync, however, the fetching process could take more time depending on how much data is available in Xero. Note: Vizii fetches 5 years worth of data.

Once completed, you will be right in Vizii to visualize your data. You will get an email notification once the sync is complete as well for you to check the dashboard.
