Adding a Xero entity to Vizii
Vizii has a direct integration with Xero and those with Admin, Advisor, or Standard-level permissions in Xero are able to import data into Vizii.
When you sync a Xero entity into Vizii, your entity tracking categories, chart of accounts, contacts, and manual journals will automatically be imported. up to 5 years of data.

To add an entity from Xero into Vizii
In order for organizations to connect to Vizii, organizations are requested to enter Xero credentials during the signup process, this is the only option available with Vizii. This guarantees a valuable experience showing your organization's data in real time.
Enter your Xero credentials. The first time Vizii connects to your Xero organization, you must authorize Vizii to access your data from Xero. You’ll only need to do this once for each Xero organization.
❗Note: To connect to a Xero company, you must be an 'Admin", or 'Advisor' in that specific company. If you cannot find your company in the list that Xero presents, you'll want to check on the permission levels in Xero before re-attempting the import.
After authorizing access, Vizii will begin to import your financial dat. The import can take time based on your data, however, you will get notified via email once the sync is completed and your dashboard is ready for you to use. Once completed, you will see your Xero company listed on the 'Entities' screen in Vizii.
Note: By default, Vizii will automatically update your financial data from Xero once every week. However, you can manually sync by clicking on the sync icon (blue icon) on the top right of the screen.

What does Vizii sync with Xero?
Vizii is a read-only app that fetches data from Xero and displays it in graphs and visuals once the data is available in Vizii. Vizii does not write any data into Xero, bringing peace of mind, especially as data is shared among other users.
