How to delete my account and data synced with Vizii?

We made it simple for you to disconnect and delete your account.

1. Log in to your current active account.
2. Click on the hamburger menu icon (Top left).
3. Click on "Entities": you will see all connected and disconnected entities.



4. Locate the entity you would like to disconnect, and then click on the "disconnect from Xero" button on the right side of the entity name.



Notes
Once your last entity is disconnected:
a. Your Vizii account will be deactivated.
b. Your data will be unsynced.
d. If you share data with users, all user's accounts will be deactivated.
c. If you would like to use Vizii again, you will need to sign up again to re-sync your data.
